Visit Aransas Pass

Aransas Pass is a peaceful town known for its friendly people and relaxing coastal pace. Famous for Texas flats fishing, Aransas Pass also provides great birding and kayaking opportunities. In the Aransas County area Aransas Pass is famous for the annual Shrimporee Festival and of course the best and biggest public water park in the area. Many visitors choose to stay in Aransas Pass as a midpoint between Port Aransas and Rockport.

Aransas Pass is short ride on the ferry from Port Aransas. The Aransas Causeway connecting Aransas Pass to the Ferry Landing passes over some of the most scenic views of the area. Driving on the Aransas Causeway takes visitors by the Texas Treasure Casino Ship, the Lighthouse Lakes Paddling Trail, several live bait stands, resort lodges and deep sea fishing guide services.
